We have a group of Project Managers, in-house professional translators, editors, proofreaders, engineers, desktop publishers and a selected group of freelancers throughout the Americas, all of whom are native speakers. This allows us to tackle any size project at any time.
We have very low personnel turnover and our staff has been with us for more than 10 years. Scalability is the key to success in this industry where there is not much visibility of the volume of work for each month. Therefore one of our challenges is to keep parallel processes that are flexible and can scale up at any time. To address this challenge, we are recruiting, evaluating and training translators and engineers constantly throughout Latin America. Normally we use subcontractors for volume spikes. When a project starts we define according to the client´s deadline the amount of resources needed.
